Delivering In-Home Treatment to Support Patients on Their Path to Sobriety

Aware Recovery Care transforms in-home addiction treatment through an innovative, family-centered model that emphasizes personalized care, ongoing support, and accountability. The organization treats addictions, including alcohol, opioids, amphetamines, benzodiazepines, cocaine, hallucinogens, inhalants, ketamine, marijuana, MDMA, methamphetamine, and more.

Comprehensive, Long-Term Care

Aware Recovery Care offers long-term treatment plans and medically supervised services, guided by experts familiar with the multifaceted challenges of addiction. Treatment begins with a first in-home visit, during which a Recovery Advisor and Care Coordinator meet with the participant to evaluate the residence and transform it into a supportive space for recovery.

They also identify the participant’s support network, which includes family members, close friends, and other key allies.

Personalized Treatment Planning

A licensed social worker or nurse develops a custom treatment plan. This plan includes referrals to outside providers, required evaluations, and a structured roadmap for recovery.

Client Recovery Advisors (CRAs) maintain regular follow-ups, provide additional resources as needed, educate on intervention policies, and administer drug screenings to ensure continued accountability and progress.

Family Involvement and Education

Recognizing the role of family in recovery, Aware Recovery Care assigns a Family Education Facilitator to work with the participant’s support group. This facilitator provides education, connects families to relevant resources, and fosters open dialogue about the recovery process, ensuring loved ones are actively engaged and empowered to support sustainable change.

Virtual Psychotherapy Support

Participants also have access to a virtual psychotherapist (IPT) who guides them in managing stress, achieving recovery milestones, addressing negative habits, building self-esteem, and working toward personal goals. This combination of in-home, family-centered, and virtual support ensures a holistic approach to recovery, integrating physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
