Offering Volunteer Support and Fundraising Aid
Founded in 1934, the Junior Service League of St. Augustine is an organization dedicated to offering volunteer support and fundraising assistance. Notable contributions include their work with the St. Augustine Lighthouse and Museum, local medical clinics, and thrift shops, providing much-needed community resources.
The Junior Service League is open to women passionate about giving back to their community. Those interested in volunteering must dedicate 60 service hours as new members.
Supporting Established Community Projects
Service hours ensure that members are actively involved in making a difference, whether through hands-on volunteerism or the planning and execution of fundraising activities. In addition to supporting established community projects, the Junior Service League regularly identifies new opportunities to enhance the well-being of St. Johns County residents.
