Customized Support for Overcoming Challenges in Reentry to Society
Operation New Hope is a nationally recognized organization dedicated to empowering formerly incarcerated individuals and guiding them toward successful reintegration with dignity, purpose, and long-term stability. Through its comprehensive suite of reentry programs, Ready4 Release, Ready4 Work, Ready4 Success, and Ready4 Change, the organization offers a clear, structured pathway that supports personal development, career readiness, and community connection.
Reconnecting Individuals with Their Families
Operation New Hope partners with the Florida Department of Corrections at more than 40 facilities statewide through its Ready4 Release program. This initiative engages clients 90 days before release and ensures access to housing resources, job training, and transportation.
Dedicated case managers create individualized transition plans to help each participant navigate the challenges of returning to their community. Building on this foundation, Ready4 Work helps reconnect individuals with their families, community networks, and meaningful employment opportunities.
Participants receive support in areas such as job placement, counseling, and workforce preparation.
Working to Reduce Violence Through Their Initiatives
With a strong focus on future planning, Ready4 Success offers virtual services that expand access to career development resources, case management, and mentorship. This program meets individuals where they are by providing flexible, technology-enabled support to keep them on track after release.
As an active partner in Community Violence Intervention (CVI) efforts alongside the Jacksonville and Orlando Police Departments, Ready4 Change works to reduce violence and crime by fostering trust between individuals and their communities. The program addresses the social, economic, and environmental factors that contribute to crime, offering participants opportunities for stability, personal transformation, and positive community engagement.
