Promoting Health and Wellness in the Community

Through the collaborative efforts of dedicated healthcare professionals and community partners, UF Health St. Johns Mobile Health Unit works to deliver accessible, compassionate care to residents throughout the county. The clinic provides healthcare services, including wound care, HIV testing, cancer screenings, diagnostic testing, immunizations, physical examinations, and treatment for acute illnesses. It also supports patients managing chronic conditions through education and disease management services.

Additional Services

Women’s health services are available, along with referrals and access to the Wildflower Adult Outreach Clinic for continued care and specialized support. In addition, free lung cancer screenings are offered to eligible adults between the ages of 50 and 77 who have a history of tobacco use.

This screening is designed to support early detection and improve health outcomes for individuals at higher risk. For more detailed information about eligibility requirements and how to schedule a screening, please visit here.
