Supporting Patients and the Ones Who Care for Them
With a mission to educate, support, and uplift ovarian cancer survivors and their caregivers, the National Ovarian Cancer Coalition (NOCC) developed a unique program called Teal Comfort for the Soul. This initiative eases the daily burdens faced by patients and their loved ones by providing nutritious, ready-to-enjoy meals delivered straight to their homes, completely free of charge.
The program serves individuals who are currently undergoing treatment for ovarian cancer, along with the caregivers who stand by their side. Each participant is eligible to receive up to 36 pre-cooked meals over six months, conveniently packaged and shipped directly to their door.
Meals arrive in three separate shipments, spaced two months apart, with each box containing 12 individually packaged meals. Once delivered, the meals can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 14 days, making them both practical and flexible for daily use.
Eligibility
To participate, applicants must complete a short application form and verify that they are currently in active treatment for ovarian cancer. Once approved, they can begin receiving meals as part of this compassionate program.
