Serving Baker, Columbia, Putnam, Suwannee, Hamilton, and St. Johns counties, Uplift Communities, a division of LSF Health Systems, launched in 2022, brings together behavioral health providers, faith leaders, and community stakeholders to strengthen mental health support across the region.
Focused on supporting rural communities, Uplift Communities raises awareness about mental health challenges while fostering collaboration among institutions, state agencies, and local organizations, with a particular emphasis on assisting children and families throughout Florida. As a faith-based initiative, the organization combines community engagement with evidence-based behavioral health resources to address the unique needs of the populations it serves.
Hosting Events That Highlight The Challenges and Triumphs of Recovery
In addition to its core mission, Uplift Communities hosts events that connect communities and organizations.
