Bit of Faith Ranch

Children learn riding techniques and develop a sense of responsibility, empathy, and communication skills in a safe, encouraging environment.

Equestrian Programs for Children with Special Needs

Founded by Tammy Romanczuk, an avid horse rider and mother to an autistic son, A Bit of Faith Ranch provides adaptive riding and equine therapy for children with exceptionalities. It is built on the belief that the bond between humans and animals, particularly horses, can be profoundly healing and transformative.

The ranch offers specialized adaptive riding training sessions accommodating each child's needs. These sessions focus on building confidence, improving motor skills, and enhancing emotional resilience.

Nurturing a Strong Sense of Community

In addition to riding programs for children, A Bit of Faith Ranch offers support for parents and caregivers. Recognizing the challenges of raising a child with special needs, Romanczuk created programs like "Mom's Night Out," giving mothers a chance to relax, connect, and share their experiences with others who understand their journey.

A Bit of Faith Ranch also hosts various family-friendly events throughout the year, creating recreational opportunities that include siblings and other family members. Through these events, the ranch seeks to create a supportive network where families can celebrate small victories, find camaraderie, and feel empowered on their unique paths.

Mission Statement

We are passionate about providing a community where individuals and families impacted by autism and related disabilities can experience belonging, growth, and relationships through horseback riding, recreation, and respite.
